What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you upload data, e-mail us, register, or fill out a form on or (“Sites”) or upload a form to our Sites.  When requesting services on our Sites, you may be asked to enter: name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone number and credit card information to pay for services on the Sites.  Your payment information is processed by a third-party payment processor who uses industry-leading standards on security.  However, AAC-MA does not have access to your encrypted payment information.  For more information, see

What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To deliver statistical results to you in the form of a report (the service).
  • To process transactions
    • Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the service requested.
    • To send periodic emails about information related to our service, which you may opt out of.
    • The email address you provide may be used to send you information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter or submit your personal information.  When providing us your company’s data related to employment, wage, EEO-1 reports, and/or MD-715 reports, we suggest you do not provide any company or personal identifying information, other than the email where you will receive information to download your EquiCalc, EquityPath, or EquityTest report(s), as a further step to protect you and your company’s identity.

For security reasons, the EquityTest data you uploaded is deleted from our site and processing server within 48 hours. The EquityTest report containing statistical analysis is deleted in 31 days after it is made available to you or 48 hours after you download it, whichever comes first.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information, including information related to payment for EquiCalc, EquityPath or EquityTest software or services or your company’s wage or employment data.  This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, processing your payments or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.  We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.

Does AAC-MA use cookies?
AAC-MA uses cookies (technology that contains information about a user stored on the user’s system) to identify users and track trends among users who visit our site.  Cookies can be deleted from the user’s system at any time.

All content and functionality on the Sites, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, and the selection and arrangement thereof, are the exclusive property of AAC-MA and its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.  All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The trademarks, service marks, designs, and logos (collectively “Trademarks”) displayed on the Sites are the registered and common law Trademarks of AAC-MA and its licensors.
